Experience Requirements:·

Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an NGO or network coordination environment;
Experience in developing and implementing campaign communications strategies and delivering impact campaigns across different platforms and channels;
Knowledge and/or experience in producing content, identifying new communication tools, trends and techniques
Knowledge and understanding of policy development related to heating, energy efficiency and/or renewable energy at the European and national level;
Familiarity with broader climate policies at the European and national level;

Special Requirements:

Experience of working in a very diverse environment, where multiple perspectives need to be aligned;
Excellent written and oral communication skills; 
Web and social media savvy
Experience with presentations to external audiences;
Ability to set priorities, manage diverse tasks and meeting deadlines;
Experience of working in an NGO network an asset, understanding challenges of working in a diverse NGO network a must;
Experience with working in a team, while being able to work independently.
