As part of the Climate Law and Governance Lecture Series at The Dickson Poon School of Law, Professor Benjamin J. Richardson and Cormac Cullinan discussed the subject of ‘Time and Environmental Law in a Changing Climate.’
Professor Benjamin J. Richardson is a Professor of Environmental Law at the University of Tasmania. He has researched diverse subjects including Indigenous peoples and the law, ethical investing, and corporate social responsibility, and environmental philosophy. Cormac Cullinan is director of the leading South African environmental law firm Cullinan & Associates Inc, as well as CEO of the environmental governance consultancy EnAct International. The Climate Law and Governance Lecture Series is led by Dr Megan Bowman and Dr Eloise Scotford. This lecture took place at King’s College London on the 1st of February, 2017.
