Position: Officer, Circular Development 
 
Duty Station: Bonn, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany 
 
Deadline for Application: 22 July 2020
Term: The position will be available as soon as possible, latest as of 1 September 2020 with a contract duration until 31 August 2021 with possibility of extension 
Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience, including relevant internships, working with circular economy, resource efficiency and inclusive governance issues, ideally with an understanding of the role of local and regional governments in transition to sustainability; • Experience working with non-for-profit and/or membership organizations is highly desirable; • Master or equivalent degree in sustainability, urban studies or other relevant field; • Languages: High proficiency in oral / written English and Mandarin; • Strong experience in project design and implementation of international projects; • Proactive communication manner and collaborative working style; • Event management and moderation experience desirable; • Good communications and writing skills; • Quick learner and multi-tasking skills 
Special Requirements: • Due to legal requirements, applicants must be eligible to obtain the appropriate work permit for Germany prior to the start of the position.
